We have several different plans as well as outside funding to assist you in the payment of your treatment. If your treatment program requires several visits you will be given an estimate of the total cost, and we would ask that you make financial arrangements with our office manager at that time.

Fees and Payment Policy:
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. You can help us by keeping your scheduled appointments, and by paying for your treatment at the time of your visit. The number one cause last year of increased dental expense was due to missed or failed dental appointments.

Insurance:
If you have insurance we will help you determine the coverage you have available. We will fill out and file your insurance forms at no charge to you. We ask that at the time of dental appointment you pay your estimated portion of the dental treatment. If you decide to pay for your complete treatment, or to finance your treatment, we will have the insurance company directly reimburse you for the total amount of treatment. Please remember, professional care is provided to you- our patient- not your insurance company. Thus the insurance company is responsible to you, and you are responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can to maximize your insurance benefits and by handling any insurance questions you have. However, all dental plans are different and the quality of your coverage is based on your employer/sponsor's contribution to your dental insurance.
